The goal of Acoustic Guitar Canada is to build a community of amateur players, professional musicians, luthiers and acoustic music fans within Canada. We welcome others from outside our country, who share our interest in music and Canadian culture.

* This is a multilingual group (English, Français and Canadian Indigenous Languages) with members from every Province & Territory in Canada.

* Please, limit your performance videos to one a day.

* Please, post acoustic performances only.

* Please, don't post songs you are just learning.

* Record performance in horizontal (landscape) mode, so we can see your guitar and not black stripes on both sides of the image.

* If you have an extra guitar that's not being played... you can donate it to Guitars for Vets, by dropping it off at a local Long & McQuade store: https://vetscanada.org/guitars-for-vets.php

* If you’re in the market for a new guitar… consider buying from a Canadian luthier.

* All posts should pertain to acoustic guitars, guitar building, acoustic music or Canadian culture.

* Please be polite and play by Canadian rules.
